"It really bothers me to hear that my friends and new clients are being charged $129 or more for a tech from some nationwide conglomerate to step through their front door. A large percentage of the time, they don't even fix the problem, they just recommend that customers scrap what they have and buy a new computer. For me, that's usually the LAST recommendation I make - I do everything I can to help my customers get the most from their initial investment - and I only charge a nominal fee for my on-site visits." |
